RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns / Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date order was received. If 15 days have gone by since you have received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED EMBROIDERED APPAREL.
Do not return any items without a RETURN / EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email to get authorization and let us know what you need to replace it and what is the reason for the exchange. All exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. e-mail: email@example.com
To be eligible for a return send us an email to get authorization and let us know why you need to return your item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Authentic Apparel will ship your exchanged item back to you for your first exchange with in 30 days of your order being shipped. If you have more then one exchange with the same order you will be responsible for returning your item to Authentic Apparel and for the shipment to receive your exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges past 30 days from when order was shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with in 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
